Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, tablegame may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, tablegame may forfeit some or all of the account balance. Where account closure is initiated by the player (not for breach), any verified real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be refunded to the player's registered payment method after applicable checks are completed.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. tablegame operates under the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation).
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your tablegame account, or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.
